Smart Kidz Palace is looking for a creative and child-centered Early Childhood Tutor to support our learning advocacy by developing demonstrative educational content. The tutor will use Smart Kidz Palace resources to model best practices in early learning, helping parents, teachers, and caregivers maximize the value of our products.
This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys teaching, content creation, and influencing early childhood learning beyond the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the effective use of Smart Kidz Palace learning resources through practical, age-appropriate activities
- Create engaging educational content (videos, short demos, or live sessions) focused on early childhood development
- Inspire parents and educators with simple, intentional learning strategies they can replicate at home or in school
- Promote Smart Kidz Palace products naturally within educational demonstrations
- Collaborate with the Smart Kidz Palace team to align content with brand values and learning goals
- Deliver content consistently once a week (preferably Saturdays)

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate:
- Is trained or experienced in Early Childhood Education (teacher, tutor, Montessori facilitator, or equivalent)
- Has a genuine passion for teaching young children and supporting family-centered learning
- Is confident in demonstrating learning activities on camera or in front of small groups
- Is creative, engaging, and comfortable explaining concepts in simple, practical ways
- Understands early learning milestones and play-based education
- Is open to commission-based remuneration tied to product promotion and performance
Remuneration
- Commission-based: Earnings are tied to Smart Kidz Palace products promoted through created content
- Potential to grow into a long-term brand educator or learning ambassador role
