Job Duties
- Oversees assembling, routine servicing, troubleshooting and repairs of combine harvesters and tractors.
- Manages the after-sales service team’s activities by scheduling field servicing and ensuring timely completion.
- Provides technical guidance to technicians on combine harvesters and tractors repairs.
- Coordinates with the warehouse for parts procurement and management for efficient repairs.
- Monitors to ensure adherence to safety protocols in servicing and repairs.
- Monitors machine performance, tracks repair history and suggests areas for improvement.
- Provides regularly scheduled report to Management.
- Performs any other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of four years’ experience in same or similar role.
- Knowledge of tractor or combine harvester systems and repair techniques.
- Experience in supervising tractor or combine harvester maintenance.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Available to travel
