An Animal Feed Processing company requires the services of an Assistant Production Manager.
Main Duties
- Oversee the entire fee production process, ensuring smooth operation
- Manage staff in the production department
- Develop production schedules, monitor output and ensure product quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Implement cost-saving measures and optimize production efficiency
Qualification Required & Experience
- A university degree in Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of feed production machinery and quality assurance processes
