Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in multiple locations in Ghana. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing desktop computers, and delivering help desk assistance.

The role involves maintaining IT systems, resolving technical problems efficiently, and ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting internal staff with their IT needs.
Qualifications
- Skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems.
- Experience in Help Desk Support and delivering responsive assistance to end users.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
