Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our Early Years department. The successful candidate will ensure our nursery provides a safe, happy, and educational environment, maintaining the highest standards of teaching and care.
Reports to: Principal
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team, including staff supervision, support, and development
- Ensure staff-to-child ratios are maintained and teachers are engaged in meaningful activities
- Monitor and maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and care in the nursery
- Develop and implement nursery policies, procedures, and plans to achieve academic excellence
- Oversee daily nursery operations, including routines, meals, and activities
- Manage nursery resources, including budgets, supplies, and equipment
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students, staff, and parents
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management on nursery-related matters
- Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven managerial experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of managing and motivating teams
- Experience in early childhood education or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
