Required Skills or Experience
Education and Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of working experience as a project manager
- Experience with a real estate company will be an added advantage
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Working according to project management standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Being well-organised.
- Managing time.
- Must live in the enclave of Community 25, and Dawhenya
