Job Description
We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist with a strong background in Hospitality Management. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and visitor logs.
- Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and customer service duties.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
- Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
