Key Requirements
- Operate and monitor process lines at optimal capacity
- Perform cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightening
- Ensure QC checks and maintain records
- Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards
- Execute start-up, shutdown, and changeovers per SOP
- Comply with safety and quality guidelines
- Conduct product checks at sampling zones

Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Qualifications
- Diploma in Food Technology / Mechanical / Electrical
- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG (preferably pasta manufacturing)
- Familiarity with tools: CLIT, AM, PM, 5S, BPS, OPL, Kaizen
