Are you a motivated, results-driven salesperson who loves closing deals and earning uncapped commissions for our mini perfume?
We are expanding our nationwide sales network and looking for ambitious, self-driven associates to join our fast-growing brand.
This role is 100% remote, flexible, and performance-based - perfect for anyone who wants to earn more based on their results, not fixed hours.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Generate leads traditionally and online.
- Educate customers about our products (training provided)
- Process customer orders through our central sales system
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide daily and weekly updates through our CRM system
Note: You will not handle physical products except samples or cash. All deliveries and payments are managed by the company.

What You Earn
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
You will earn:
- 20% commission on every confirmed sale
- Performance bonuses for hitting weekly targets
- High performers can easily earn GHS 10,000 per monthdepending on productivity.
