Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Accra. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves assisting in financial planning, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction. Regularly engaging with customers and partners to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions is a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively addressing client concerns and expectations
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
