You'll be responsible for:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with prospects; Drive revenue and growth for the agency through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.
- Own the entire business development life cycle process from acquisition and onboarding to retention and renewal.
- Build strong relationships with clients, business partners, and underwriters;
- Conduct basic underwriting screening and provide and information to new clients
- Present proposals clearly and effectively so that clients are able to understand their coverage details.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Entry Level (0-2 years)
- Bachelor's Degree
