Position Summary

Nestlé is currently looking for a Distributor Management System Coordinator in our Nestlé Business Services Office who will be in charge of implementation and subsequent maintenance/assessment of the Distributor Management system for Distributor Field Sales Force and support the Distributor Sales Force and Sales Teams in the effective planning & decision making process by providing them with all necessary & relevant sales information & Reports with regards to DMS1.

Your responsibilities:

  • Distributor Automation: Drive the distributor automation project nationally to deliver higher performance. Train and develop the sales force ( Internal / External ) for successful implementation.
  • Data Management: Analyse and evaluate distributor sales force performance/trends and initiate actions to improve overall performance based data received from DMS1
  • Ensure the successful installation of the DMS One Functionalities/Applications for all Distributors to drive proper tracking of secondary sales across the country.
  • To monitor performance against defined KPIs using the Distributor Management System One reports and communicate gaps to the Field Force for corrective action and provide a monthly report to the Management on Implementation roll out.
  • Define plans to improve usability of Distributor Management System solution and reports to increase the benefits to the company
  • Troubleshooting for issues related to Distributor Management System Reports
  • Testing of the new enhancements with live data
  • Liaise with the IS/IT department/Agency for periodic follow-up and update of the system at distributor points.

What Makes You Successful?

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years sales/finance background
  • Strong achievement focus, i.e. high energy level and commitment to end results
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated clarity in both spoken and written.
  • Good analysis skills using the relevant systems and applications (SAP, MS Office)
  • Use of Microsoft Access and Computer software programming would be an added advantage.
  • The personal style attributes that enable success
  • Good Communicator, both orally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills, both within the function but also with other members of the Business Unit team.
  • Good organisational and planning skills

Minimum Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, and Business Administration, especially in Economics, Statistics and Actuarial Science.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a finance background.
