We are seeking a skilled and motivated Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate control, reconciliation and optimization of warehouse inventory, including the management of Obsolete and Slow-Moving Inventory (OSMI). The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting operational efficiency through effective inventory planning, reconciliation, and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain Management, preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in inventory control or materials management in mining industry
- Strong knowledge of ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (experience with System 21 Aurora and SAP is an advantage).
- Demonstrated experience in OSMI management and inventory optimization.
- A valid forklift or material-handling equipment license is an advantage
