UJEFF Delivery Services Limited - Ghana is looking to expand its delivery services to the Northern, Ashanti, Central, Eastern, and the Bono Regions of Ghana. As a result, we are looking to hire Marketing/Sales Agents in the following regional capitals: Tamale, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Koforidua, and SunyaniInterested individuals  must have the following  charateristics:

Main Goals

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
  • Boost brand visibility and promote UJEFF's delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients (restaurants, businesses) and pitch UJEFF’ delivery app and services.
  • To scout for motorbike riders to sign up to the UJEFF PRO Rider app
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and local promotions
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Create engaging content to enhance brand awareness.

3. Lead Generation & Management

  • Use networking, cold calling, and industry research to find new leads.
  • Track leads, interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools.

4. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on UJEFF’s services, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase benefits.

5. Reporting & Collaboration

  • Provide sales activity reports and insights to management.
  • Work with operations and product teams to align services with client needs.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Qualified persons must have an HND in Marketing or Purchasing and Supply from a recognised institution with not less than 1 year of experience in the relevant field 

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset.
