We, Laceup Media are looking for a hybrid creative someone who is strong in photography but also comfortable creating short-form video content and supporting the production team on set. If you enjoy shooting, retouching, telling visual stories, and being part of a hands-on creative team, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shooting campaign, lifestyle, events, portrait, and product photography
- Working in the studio and on location
- Retouching and editing photos
- Capturing BTS and short-form video (Reels/TikTok style)
- Supporting the video team as a B-cam operator on productions
- Helping develop concepts, moodboards, and shot lists
- Managing, organizing, and exporting assets
- Assisting with lighting, props, and set preparation

What we’re looking for:
- A strong, diverse portfolio
- Good understanding of studio and natural lighting
- Editing skills in Lightroom/Photoshop and Premiere/Finalcut)
- Ability to shoot photo + short-form video confidently
- Someone who is creative, organized, and adaptable
- A team player who pays attention to detail
