Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role at La Villa Boutique Hotel in Accra. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
Daily tasks include cleaning, organizing and restocking hotel spaces, laundering linens and guest clothing, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for guests. The role also involves collaboration with the team to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in cleaning, laundry, and general housekeeping
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
- Experience providing training or willingness to be trained to maintain high service standards
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage
