Job Summary
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to join our team and support both our online and in-store operations. You will create content for our social platforms, handle customer messages, assist with online orders, and help customers in the shop when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Create content (photos, videos, short clips) for posting across all platforms.
- Post and schedule daily content: photos, videos, stories, reels, product updates.
- Track messages, comments, and overall engagement.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and recommendations.
- Support the team with promotions, new arrivals, and campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and provide good customer service.
- Help customers in the shop when required (sales support, guidance).
- Record customer requests and share relevant issues with the team.
- Assist with basic online sales tasks and follow-ups.
- Contribute ideas to help grow our online community.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp for business.
- Ability to create clean and simple content.
- Good customer service attitude and phone etiquette.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Willingness to assist in the shop when needed.
- Knowledge, interest, or passion for perfumes is a plus.
