Celestial Glow Trading Company Limited is a dynamic trading and distribution firm connecting high-quality, Chinese-made products with the West African market. We specialise in skincare products, power banks, and diverse consumer goods, delivering value, variety, and reliability to our wholesale and retail partners across Ghana.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commission-Based Sales Associate with experience in FMCG, skincare, electronics, or trading businesses to lead our field marketing and social media initiatives. The Commission-Based Sales Associate will focus on identifying potential wholesale clients and fostering relationships to drive sales growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting company products, negotiating deals, meeting monthly sales targets, and planning effective sales strategies. The role also involves market research and providing feedback to the company to optimise services. Your performance directly determines your earnings—high effort, high reward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Could you identify and approach potential customers within assigned areas?
  • Present and promote company products/services to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (field sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of confidence, persistence, and self-motivation.
  • Experience in studying market trends and providing actionable insights to improve business performance.
  • Familiarity with the West African wholesale market and consumer behavior; prior experience in trading or distribution is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in using digital tools like CRM systems or relevant sales software.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% commission-based (no base salary).
  • Competitive commission rates with unlimited earnings
  • After First Month: Candidates who demonstrate strong performance will be upgraded to a fixed competitive salary + performance bonuses.
