Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Accra. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote Aquasolve Water Technology's products and services.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- reaching out to potential clients,
- managing customer relationships,
- developing campaigns,
- providing training for sales initiatives,
- maintaining a strong understanding of market trends to identify growth opportunities.
The individual will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize performance and meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in delivering training and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the water technology or related industry is an added advantage
