Job Description
A reputable construction company in Kumasi is looking to employ the services of a Senior Compliance Officer immediately. The person will;
- Make sure that our company conducts its business in full compliance with government regulations that pertain to the construction industry and avoid any sanctions that could impact the business adversely.
- Be current on relevant laws and regulations in the construction industry and advise management on how to comply with them.
- Assess compliance-related risks and finding critical ways to reduce them
- Perform compliance audits and assessments, developing and implementing polices and procedures, and responding to enquiries and queries from regulatory agencies and complete required compliance documentation.
- Investigate and resolve all compliance issues and creating company policies and adopting regular compliance reporting
- Ensure that all departments and sections of the company strictly adhere to the internal policies
- Any other job assigned to you from time to time.

Required Skills or Experience
Interested persons should have;
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field
- 5 + years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles
