Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Developing and reviewing policies and also providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Develop strategies to ensure robust staff retention across all levels of employees.
- Actively participate in industry benchmarking, attendance, salary reviews, bonus payments, benefit deductions and vacation leaves.
Required Skills or Experience
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management/ BA Psychology/ Organisational Psychology or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles (preferably in the Logistics or Courier Sector).
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- An HR certification is a plus
