Job Description

Reports to: Office Manager / Head of Operations

Role Summary

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organized National Service Personnel to join our team as an Administrative/Business Support Assistant. This role is designed to provide comprehensive support across various business functions, offering a unique insight into the operations of a multi-sector company.

The ideal candidate will be a sharp, eager-to-learn individual who is ready to develop essential professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing front desk activities, receiving visitors, and handling incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and filing of business documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and company events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Help maintain an efficient office environment by managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors for routine services.
  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and ensuring the accuracy and organization of both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support various departments (HR, Operations, Sales) with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between different internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Must be eligible for National Service in the 2025/2026 service year.
  • Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional demeanour with a customer-service orientation and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
