Job Overview

At Berry Buns, we are passionate about delivering fresh, delicious, and nutritious meals to our customers. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, preparing quality food and beverages, handling kitchen equipment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop and surrounding area. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently. Address any questions and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Juice & Food Preparation: Follow company recipes to prepare fresh food and light meals (e.g., burgers, sandwiches, and chicken wings). Ensure all food is prepared to meet quality and safety standards.
• Kitchen Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently and other food preparation tools.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations. Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and ensure all ingredients are stored and handled properly.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth store operations, including kitchen and front-of-house tasks.
• Inventory & Stocking: Help manage stock levels by restocking supplies and ingredients. Report any low inventory to the manager to prevent shortages.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure that all workstations, kitchen areas, customer spaces, and the surrounding area are kept clean, sanitized, and well-organized throughout your shift.
• Shop & Surrounding Area Cleaning: Ensure the shop, entrance, and nearby surroundings are cleaned regularly to maintain a neat and welcoming environment.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude, escalating issues when necessary to supervisors.
• Brand Representation: Uphold Berry Buns' brand image by providing excellent service and maintaining high standards in every aspect of the role.

• Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday
• Shift: 12:00 AM –10:00 PM, but must report to work at 11:00PM
• Option for a day off between Monday and Thursday ( so you pick your off day)

Location

• Must live in West Legon Madina Haatso Achimota Kisseman or surrounding areas.
