Accountabilities
- Responsible for the timely creation and delivery of a set number of high-quality videos per week, as assigned by the Social Media Manager.
- Responsible for creating content that drives audience engagement (likes, comments, shares, and saves) in line with team key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Responsible for ensuring 100% of video content aligns with Fido's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.

Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan, shoot, and edit compelling and high-quality video content using smartphones and professional camera equipment.
- Proactively stay updated with social media trends, new platform features, and viral sounds, and propose ways to incorporate them into Fido's content strategy.
- Edit and optimize videos for each platform's specific requirements.
- Undertaking any other duties and ad hoc responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.
Who you are
- Must be an eligible candidate for the 2025/2026 National Service Scheme (NSS).
- A strong portfolio (a link to a Google Drive, website, or social media account) showcasing your video shooting and editing skills is required.
- High-level proficiency in video editing software. Must be an expert in at least one: Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- A creative mindset with strong storytelling skills and a passion for social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with fintech, loan products, or financial services is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
