Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help promote our brand, engage customers both in-person and online, and drive sales through excellent service and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and provide exceptional product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage orders, follow up with customers, and ensure satisfaction.
- Represent Sankofa Tribe at pop-ups, fashion events, and markets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.

Requirements:
- Passion for fashion, culture, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic digital skills (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus (not required).
