Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role as a National Service Personnel located in Accra. The role involves supporting daily operational activities, including assisting customers, enhancing the shopping experience, and promoting sales.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and interact with customers effectively
- Customer service expertise with a focus on enhancing the overall shopping experience
- Basic sales skills and an understanding of building customer relationships
- Fundamental knowledge of finance to assist in budgeting and operational planning
- Ability to work on-site in Accra and contribute to a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is a plus
