Position Summary:
We are looking for a Fulfillment Manager to lead Operations at our company's fulfillment unit, ensuring smooth platform operations, optimal resource allocation, and strong SME partner satisfaction. This role is pivotal in scaling fulfillment operations, optimizing rider performance, delivering continuous revenue growth, and a customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities
- Manage Gigmile’s platform and fulfillment operations across assigned regions.
- Track revenue performance and lead initiatives for consistent business growth in fulfillment
- Supervise fulfillment team; ensure smooth coordination.
- Allocate bikes and riders to Hubs based on real-time demand.
- Develop and implement performance improvement programs for riders and partners
- Enforce strict adherence to KPIs, safety, regulatory, and operational compliance.
- Create and update SOPs to drive efficiency in order fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary liaison for partners to ensure their needs are met.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in operations or fulfillment leadership.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Experience working with SMEs or logistics/delivery partners.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on operational data.
