Are you passionate about beauty, trends, and storytelling? Colorbox Cosmetics, one of Ghana’s leading beauty brands, is looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, creative, and excited to make content that connects with women who love beauty, confidence, and culture.
As our Social Media & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for producing, editing, and posting daily content that reflects our brand’s energy and vision. You’ll play a vital role in growing our community, building awareness, and driving engagement across all our digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Create and post short-form videos daily for TikTok and Snapchat, adapting content for Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Use tools like CapCut and platform editing features to produce high-quality, on-trend content.
- Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team during content days to capture authentic brand visuals.
- Identify and execute relevant trends, music, and storytelling opportunities to maximize visibility.
- Monitor post performance and prepare weekly reports with insights and creative recommendations.
- Support influencer collaborations, giveaways, and pop-up activations through content coverage.

What You’ll Bring
- A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat — and how audiences behave on each.
- Proven experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management (beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry preferred).
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills — able to plan and post consistently.
- A creative eye for visuals, attention to detail, and a natural understanding of trends.
- Confidence on camera and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Full-time role, In-office role with occasional off-site content days
Salary: 3000ghc (Basic + Performance) + additional benefits
Location: Labadi / Teshie, Accra, Ghana
