JOB SUMMARY
To be responsible for promoting and selling clothing for ladies, men and children through various social media platforms. The role involves posting attractive pictures and videos of products, engaging with followers responding to inquiries, taking and confirming orders and ensuring that customers receive their items promptly and satisfactorily.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales and customer service on social media platforms
- Must be positive, loyal and a proud ambassador of the enterprise brand.
MAIN DUTIES
- Create and post engaging photos, videos and stories of products on social media platforms
- Respond to messages and comments promptly to encourage sales
- Solicit and follow up on orders from customers online
- Coordinate with the shop team to confirm stock availability and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a positive brand image through professional online interactions
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and sales trends

Required Skills or Experience
SKILLS
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic photography or content creation skills are an advantage
- Organised, reliable, trustworthy and sales-oriented
REMUNERATION
- Basic salary plus commission on sales
