Are you passionate about bartending and want the opportunity to run and manage a bar as the head bartender?
We are looking for an experienced head bartender/mixologist who will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Daily tasks also include managing bar stock, promoting the events for the bar and collaborating with other staff to provide an exceptional bar/lounge experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Taking daily bar stock, with experience in managing inventory
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar glasses, drinks and ingredients
- Take lounge food orders and manage online orders and tickets
- Serving customers drinks and food
- Strong customer service skills and communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Bonus experience:
- Experience promoting lounge events and creating videos for the social pages
Who are you?
- 1 year of experience in bartending and mixology
- Proven experience managing a bar without supervision
- Knowledge of how to make cocktails, and innovating new drink recipes and ingredients
