Job Summary
The Agribusiness Advisory Assistant will provide short-term technical and coordination support to Pangea’s agribusiness investment readiness and capacity-building program. Over a 3-month period, the associate will assist in strengthening the business planning, financial management, and market linkages of selected agribusinesses and producer groups.
The role suits a proactive and analytical individual with a strong interest in agribusiness development and investment facilitation.
Reports to: Business Development Associate, Pangea Africa
Contract: 3-Month Contract with possible conversion to permanent position
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of investment readiness documentation for 30 agribusinesses, including business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and report writing for agribusiness assessments and capacity-building activities.
- Coordinate and support training sessions for agribusinesses on business planning, financial management, and investment readiness practices.
