Role Summary
We seek a Certi?ed Electrician to oversee, maintain, and expand our electrical systems while embracing our renewable-energy vision. The ideal candidate must be skilled in electrical system maintenance and most importantly eager to learn, innovate, and support our evolving green-technology and mechatronics projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain all electrical systems across the property and all projects.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of:
- LV electrical distribution systems
- Solar PV system interfaces
- Air-conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot power supply issues, load imbalances, and wiring faults.
- Inspect, test, and certify electrical equipment to Ghanaian safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain solar and hybrid power systems, including inverters, batteries, and changeover systems.
- Participate in special projects involving:
- Green-energy engineering
- Mechatronics and prototyping
- Fabrication of small-scale machines & recycling technologies
- Maintain accurate technical reports and digital maintenance records.
- Recommend and implement safety, energy-e?ciency, and infrastructure improvements.
- Support research and development projects with local and international partners.
- Collaborate external electrical vendors when required.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum Technical/Vocational certi?cation in Electrical Engineering or related ?eld.
- Energy Commission/ECG Certi?cation (Class I/II/III) required.
- 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in electrical maintenance; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Experience with or willingness to learn:
- Solar/inverter systems
- Battery storage systems
- Mechatronics/fabrication
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and implement new installations.
- Familiarity with Ghanaian electrical codes, safety requirements, and compliance standards.
- Experience using digital tools for daily reporting is an advantage.
