What You’ll Do
- Supervise day-to-day operations of an Airbnb business, ensuring 5-star guest experiences.
- Manage staff and workflows at our laundry facility, maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Use Airbnb platform for bookings, guest communication, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with the General Manager to implement SOPs, resolve issues, and optimize service delivery.
Role Summary
The Hospitality Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Airbnb business and a commercial laundry business. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, efficient laundry service delivery, and consistent reporting to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Airbnb Supervision
- Manage bookings, guest communication, and calendar via Airbnb platform.
- Oversee housekeeping, check-in/check-out processes, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor property condition, coordinate maintenance, and ensure readiness.
- Laundry Management
- Supervise laundry staff, schedules, and workflow.
- Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Reporting & Coordination Submit weekly operational reports to the General Manager.
- Implement SOPs and compliance standards.
- Support staff training and onboarding.
Required Skills or Experience
- Education: Diploma, HND, First Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field.
- Proficiency with online platforms and mobile apps.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Working Conditions
- Based in Accra
- May include weekend or evening shifts depending on guest schedules.
