Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Auditor located in Kumasi. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing detailed audit reports, and analyzing financial data.
The Internal Auditor will also ensure compliance with internal controls, identify areas of risk, and recommend improvements. Effective communication with different departments and levels of management is a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Experience in conducting Financial Audits and preparing Audit Reports
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with various departments and levels of management
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of internal controls and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CIA or CPA is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
