Celestial Glow Trading Company Limited is a dynamic international trading firm headquartered in Accra, Ghana, with operations in both Ghana and China.

We specialize in four major product lines:

  • Natural Skincare Products – made from pure plant-based ingredients.
  • 3C Electronic Products – innovative and trend-driven technology solutions.
  • Cultural Goods – quality lifestyle and creative products.
  • Lighting Series – energy-efficient, modern lighting solutions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking, passionate, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Field Executive to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Celestial Glow's diverse range of products, acquiring new customers, building lasting client relationships, and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information on features and benefits.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and product activations.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive visibility and brand awareness.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: SHS, HND, or Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or FMCG (candidates with a strong drive and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply).

Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Forms for reporting.

  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
