Role Summary
We are seeking a Flutter Developer with a strong focus on mobile development to join our hybrid team. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and project managers to develop and maintain mobile apps with responsive UIs, smooth animations, and solid performance. You will contribute to the full mobile development lifecycle; from design through release and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Flutter-based Android applications
- Implement pixel-perfect UIs that match designs and provide seamless UX
- Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs
- Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness across device types
- Maintain code quality with clean architecture, modularization, and best practices
- Collaborate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups with the hybrid team
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability
- Stay up-to-date with Flutter, Android SDK, SwiftUI, and mobile development trends

Requirements
- Proven experience building Flutter apps for Android and iOS (minimum 3 years)
- Strong command of Dart, Flutter, and Android development principles
- Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON
- Familiarity with state management approaches (Provider, GetX, and Riverpod) and clean architecture
- Understanding of Material Design guidelines and responsive layout techniques
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Analytics) is a plus
- Knowledge of Android native (Kotlin/Java) is a bonus
- Knowledge of iOS is a bonus
- Mobile Application security is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid team
