Are you passionate about shaping young minds in their most formative years? Scholars' Edge International, a leading private school in Tema, is seeking a dedicated, creative, and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our nurturing and innovative learning community.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with our early childhood curriculum (Montessori, Cambridge Early Years).
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture where every child feels seen, heard, and supported.
- Use play-based and inquiry-led learning methods to enhance cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Track and document student progress through observations, assessments, and portfolios.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers on child development, achievements, and concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and school leadership on planning and school-wide initiatives.
- Promote safety, hygiene, and positive behavior in and outside the classroom.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an early years or preschool setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early years frameworks (e.g., Montessori, Cambridge Early Years Curriculum).
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, creative, and deeply passionate about early childhood education.
- Familiarity with educational technology and modern teaching tools is a plus.
