A three (3) star hotel located in the Eastern Region requires the services of HR & Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to HR department including filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements and organising application materials.
- Maintain employee files, update personnel records, and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, presentations and basic HR reports.
- Support employee onboarding processes including document collection and checklist completion.
- Coordinator appointment scheduling for HR staff and maintain the department calendar.
- Assist with training program preparation, including material copying and room setups.
- Maintain office organization, supplies inventory and equipment functionality.
- Process routine correspondence and internal communication.
- Provide reception support and visitor assistance for the HR department.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution. An additional certificate in Office Administration or Business Studies is preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 1 – 2 year(s) in a similar role.
- Computer literacy is essential, especially the use of Microsoft Suites.
- Ability to prepare meeting reports and draft presentations.
