Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Officer to support Micasso’s brand growth and sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project-based sales while supporting marketing activities that enhance showroom visibility, strengthen client relationships, and build market presence.
This role combines both business development and marketing execution, requiring strong communication, initiative, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and real estate developers to generate project sales.
- Identify new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sectors.
- Support the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to increase showroom traffic and brand awareness.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, product launches, and designer or artisan engagement programs.
- Coordinate online and offline marketing activities, including social media content, advertising, and brand visibility projects.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform strategy.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on client engagements to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and sales performance reports.
- Collaborate with showroom and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely reporting to management on sales results and marketing outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in building materials, interior décor, or construction industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both sales and marketing responsibilities effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and showroom-based promotional activities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
