About the Role

Step Invictus Real Estate is seeking a technically skilled and disciplined Site Supervisor to oversee the management, supervision, and protection of company lands. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper land demarcation, pillar planting, layout interpretation, and field coordination with surveyors and the project team.

This role requires strong technical understanding of land boundaries, layouts, and mapping, as well as the ability to manage on-site operations and report accurately to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities related to land demarcation, boundary identification, and pillar planting.
  • Interpret and work with layout plans, site maps, and survey drawings accurately.
  • Coordinate closely with land surveyors during layout marking, allocation, and boundary verification.
  • Oversee the proper allocation of land plots to clients and ensure each plot aligns with the official layout plan.
  • Inspect and secure company lands against encroachment or unauthorized development.
  • Ensure all pillars are correctly positioned, labeled, and documented.
  • Maintain detailed records of allocations, boundary reports, and field activities.
  • Liaise with the management and survey team to resolve any boundary or layout discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on land supervision, activities, and challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in land supervision, layout implementation, or site field coordination
  • Strong technical understanding of land mapping, survey plans, and pillar demarcation.
  • Ability to interpret layout drawings, cadastral plans, and site coordinates.
  • Familiar with allocation procedures, documentation, and field reporting.
  • Must reside in or around Ashaiman.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Land supervision and site demarcation.
  • Layout and site plan interpretation.
  • Boundary identification and marking accuracy.
  • Coordination with surveyors and mapping teams.
  • Data recording, reporting, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and field sheets.
  • Knowledge of land measurement tools (e.g., measuring tapes, GPS, total station basics)
