Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer who will help us scale our mobile application across Android, iOS, PWA and web platforms. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly mobile features while supporting backend integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company building digital products for the Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express (serverless or cloud).
- Ensure performance, scalability, and responsiveness across mobile platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize existing modules.
- Participate in Agile sprints, testing cycles, and CI/CD workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience developing mobile apps using Flutter.
- Solid understanding of API integration and Node.js/Express fundamentals.
- Knowledge of cloud computing or serverless platforms (AWS, Azure, Firebase, etc.).
- Proficiency in mobile UI frameworks, design patterns, and state management tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.

Nice to Have
- Experience with push notifications, mobile payments, or authentication flows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Exposure to fintech, loyalty, or e-commerce apps.
