We're seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Logistics Officers. If you're passionate about logistics and delivery operations, we'd love to hear from you! This role requires strong organizational and supervisory skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in logistics management.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving: Ensure commodities are received in the right quantities and in proper conditions
- Route Planning: Plan routes to ensure efficient and timely transportation of products, taking into account factors like traffic, weather, and road conditions.
- Product Protection: Handle products with care, protecting them from damage, contamination, or tampering
- Temperature Monitoring: Monitor temperature levels in storage and transportation facilities to ensure products are maintained within the required temperature range
- Access Control: Implement access controls, such as locks, alarms, and surveillance systems, to prevent unauthorized access to products
- Corrective Action: Take corrective action when quality issues are identified, ensuring products are isolated from consignment as soon as leakage is detected and disposed of properly.

Required Skills or Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Science Supply Chain Management or CILT UK or related field
- 2+ years of experience in distribution from warehouse (preferably in the Pharmaceutical Sector).
- Experience in handling cold chain
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
