MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
The Sales Representative is in charge of sales, marketing and business operation activities in an assigned area of a territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution of Core Sales Objectives:
- Deliver all SKU Volumes, Collections & Revenue agreed Targets per assigned Routes.
- Deliver Customer Coverage (Journey Plan Adherence) & Effective Coverage to enhance Sales Effectiveness.
- Execute Trading Terms & Compliance (Credit Limits, Receivables & Receivable Days)
- Identify opportunities for growth & executing with scale & pace
Stock Management:
- Ensure effective management of Company Finished Goods through:
- Weekly/Monthly Stock take.
- Accurate Stock Bin Card Entries to monitor Stock movement.
- Monthly Stock Reconciliation to drive Zero Variances.

Customer & Consumer Management:
- Establishing a strong customer network
- Facilitating customer complaints with the CRM Team.
- Effective Customer Engagement with customers to highlight the benefits of our products and drive customer profitability.
Other Responsibilities:
- Reporting competitive information with an objective of driving the business to achieve profitable growth.
- Supervisory role over Trek activities
PERSON SPECIFICATION
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Negotiation skills,
- Time management skills
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Analytical skills
- Basic Selling Skills
- Innovative, Numerical Reasoning, Teamwork, Planning and Organizing Skills
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
