Ejom Studios is a full-service digital and creative agency helping businesses worldwide with web development, branding, content creation, and digital marketing. We are a remote-first team, but we meet twice a month in person to collaborate, align, and grow together.

We are looking for a talented Web Designer (WordPress + Elementor) to join our team and help us design engaging, responsive websites that bring our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain websites using WordPress + Elementor.
  • Create responsive, user-friendly layouts optimized for desktop and mobile.
  • Customize themes and templates to align with client branding.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver consistent designs.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites for functionality and optimization.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, WordPress updates, and Elementor features.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress + Elementor (required).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic PHP, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous WordPress/Elementor projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Must be based in Accra, Ghana (for bi-monthly in-person meetings).
