What You Will Do
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records in line with company policies
- Prepare routine and monthly reconciliations for all bank and wallet accounts
- Manage the petty cash system in accordance with the approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including the filing and payment of WHT, PAYE, and SSNIT
- Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable on a frequent basis to support liquidity management
- Provide support in other finance and accounting duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Ongoing studies toward a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICA Ghana, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Officer, Finance Officer, or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Sage X3, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) is an advantage
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
