Role Description
This is a contract role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The role is hybrid, located in Accra with some work-from-home flexibility.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align campaigns with client goals
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and search engine algorithm updates

Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach
- Solid understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
- Experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bonus: Knowledge of content strategy, AI marketing tools, or CRM platforms
