Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mathematics Teacher at Hope American International School located in Kumasi. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging mathematics lesson plans, assessing student progress, and supporting students' mathematical understanding. Additionally, the teacher will participate in curriculum development, collaborate with colleagues, and attend professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Qualified Teacher with appropriate certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Previous experience in a similar teaching role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
