Pink Panda is seeking dynamic, articulate, and results-driven Client Sales Executives to join our growing team.
This is not your average “sales assistant” role. You will be the frontline of our customer experience—engaging with clients over the phone and in person, guiding them through our offerings, and working closely with our events and production teams to create unforgettable Pink Panda moments.
You will help customers plan events, recommend the perfect product mix, and follow up with purpose—all while driving revenue and earning commission based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in, phone, and online clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Work with clients to plan and execute orders for celebrations, corporate gifting, and events
- Follow up on leads, upsell offerings, and help meet monthly sales targets
- Coordinate internally with kitchen, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain a database of client relationships and support retention strategies

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years in a sales, client service, or customer-facing role (hospitality or events industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication, confidence, and organizational skills
- A consultative sales approach with high emotional intelligence
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-motivated
- Comfortable using digital tools for tracking, follow-up, and sales reporting
