Job Summary
We seek a Forklift Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within the warehouse or distribution centers. This role involves operating forklifts, managing inventory, and collaborating with warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
We seek a highly organized and efficient person who will provide coordinative support to our production company. The successful candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional results.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate forklift equipment: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse or distribution center.
- Coordinate inventory movement: Plan and coordinate the movement of inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Maintain warehouse organization: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff: Work with warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels: Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure safety compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Machine operations, or related field.
- ?2+ years of administrative experience in a production company. ?
- ?Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- ??Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- ?Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. ?
- ?A certified forklift operator license ?
- ?Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. ?
- ?Familiarity with Ghanaian tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Forklift operation skills: Ability to safely operate forklifts.
- Attention to detail: Ensure accurate inventory management and safe operations.
- Physical stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with others to achieve operational goals.
- Basic computer skills: Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software.
