Job Description
- Job location: Tamale
- Reporting to: Project Coordinator
- Contract term: 2 years with possibility for extension

UNITED FOR CARE-SENSTIVE APPROACHES TO RIGHTS AND EMPOWERMENT (UCARE PROJECT)
U-CARE is a five-year project (2024-2029) being implemented in 10 Metropolitan/ Municipal/ District Assemblies in the Northern, North East and Savannah Regions targeting selected urban, peri-urban and rural communities.

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
- Undertake data collection and evidence gathering for participatory research
- Conduct field visits to monitor the progress of GMFs in adopting gender-equitable practices.
- Undertake responsiveness tracking of all commitments secured
- Provide any other relevant information related to M&E.
Communication and Knowledge Management
- Work with the communication team to collect and disseminate Unpaid Care Work and time poverty related success stories and results
- Write stories and articles on Unpaid Care Work and time poverty for publication (at least one story per quarter).
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by management
